Tasks support Empty Tasks support

Post  thefr Wed Jun 17, 2009 12:32 pm

Hello,

I can't load a "Tasks" calendar into the gadget, It doesn't appear in the calendar list. Is the tasks support planned for the next release? If yes, when we should expect it?

I don't know what you mean on "tasks support". Is that some kind of a special calendar?
Anyway, the gadget shows you every calendar which is returned by Google Calendar API.

Tasks is a new feature in Google Calendar. Anyway it looks like a 'special' calendar:) Here you have some information:

also when you are in your calendar in browser, below 'Quick Add' button in top left you have 'tasks' button, check it out, its great feature.
and I'm waiting eagerly for the tasks support in your gadget:)

Wow, I missed that...

Unfortunately that stuff does not seem to have repeated task feature, which is a "must have" in my oppinion, so as the postpone feature. Anyway, I hope Google will develop some extra feature in tasks mode.

I will see whether tasks are accessible through the API and we will see...

Tasks support seems to be impossible at the moment, as Google has not published any API to handle tasks scratch
