Calendar times are an hour behind

Why would all my times on the gadget be an hour behind what I put in the calendar? For example I entered Appt on Aug 29 at 4pm and on the gadget it says Appt on Aug 29 at 3pm. How can I fix this???

The time zones of your operating system (see Control Panel / Date and Time / Time Zone) and Remember The Milk (see RTM Web UI / Settings / Timezone) should be consistent.

I can reproduce the behavioiur that you write by setting the time zone in RTM an hour later than it is set in my OS.
