Auto refresh or a refresh button? Empty Auto refresh or a refresh button?

The gadget is great. But, it seems there is a simple way to refresh the list. Once I made some changes through the web interface. I have to click "options -> ok" to refresh it. Is it possible to add a refresh button? Or open the source code?

Thank you!

Actually, there is an auto refresh functionality (every 5 minutes).

The wrong news is that there is a bug out there: if the flyout is open at the moment when the next auto refresh comes, the auto refresh functionality stops.

I'm working on a new release, but it is only of Nth priority now for me Sad
I might upload an interim version somewhere.
