Agenda Will Not Update--Just Blank

Agenda will not update, despite there being events today and the next few days. I also keep getting the yellow "!", but when I click on it the error message is blank. Mail check up works perfectly fine but the calendar just isn't working at all. Can this be fixed somehow or will I have to wait for the latest version/update?

Hey, I was able to fix it by logging out and logging back in. Hopefully that will work for you too and it won't revert back to being blank a few days later.

Yepp, a logout and login should fix this.

Nope, log out and log in did not work for me (Windows Vista).

Just to be sure: you do log out and log in on gadget settings dialog and NOT windows or whatever else, right?

I have just traced down the network communication of such a case and in my case the server returned a "401 token invalid" message, however, the gadget somehow received only a 0 status empty error message, which you see. Requesting a new token by logging out of the gadget and log in again helped. This must be caused by some Internet Explorer bug or something.

Of course there can be other error messages which the server sends and the gadget receives nothing, so...

If logging out + in on the gadget really does not help and you feel like hacking a bit, send an email to ilab at windowslive.com and I send you instructions on how to trace down what happens.
