Crashing sidebar

I have a problem with the latest version, just noticed this behaviour while I was going between classes at college. Basically, I sleep my computer, and when it wakes up, it hasn't connected to the internet yet, so I get the error that it can't connect. I hit retry since I have a connection established by this time, then I get the sidebar has stopped working, then I have to restart all the gadgets. I'm on Vista Home Premium x64. It didn't install clean, the gadget was just updated, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Thanks again for a useful gadget!
