remove time from non timed events

how do i keep the time 00:00 from showing on repeating all day events?
i'm using google sync with outlook calendar and MS Vista sidebar is where i see the times. They are not in outlook.

Contacted in email.
Those events are shown the same way in Google Calendar web UI as the gadget, therefore, it is obvious that they are created buggy in the synchronization of Outlook and Google Calenar.
