Googler still shows "Trial Version"

I checked all of the responses to this problem, and nothing works for m. My user name is all lower case, and using the key Googler still shows "trial version"

FYI, it was a copy-paste issue: an extra space at the end of the key.

We have just introduced your great programme in our office and paid
for full version but it still shows me as on trial version which is
about to run out soon. Please can you contact me to inform me how I
can get full version which we have paid for running before I lose all
my tasks! the Google Apps Domain is the same as in my email address.
