Gadget not working in Windows 7

Hi ppl
I just downloaded the Gadget and installed it in my Windows 7 machine. But I am not able to log in to my Google account with the gadget. Below is the error I get
Error
number: -2146697208
description: The download of the specified resource has failed.
message: The download of the specified resource has failed.
Any help would be appreciated.
