I'm getting this error message no matter who I try to login as.

Please send the log file you find c:\Users\[user]\appdata\Local\Temp\log_Google_Calendar_Agenda.log in email to ilab[at]windowslive.com

It seems XMLHTTP support is somehow switched off in your Internet Explorer.
Please check the check box "Enable native XMLHTTP support" which you can find: Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet options -> Advanced tab -> near to the end of the check boxes in Settings
