"The XML page cannot be displayed"
Hi,
Fantastic gadget - thank you.
Installed 1.1.9 on 64bit Windows 7 yesterday after stumbling across it in Microsoft's gallery. I'm using the gadget with my hosted Google Apps account.
Don't know if this problem is the gadget's or Google's, but it occurs when I've clicked on an event in the gadget to expand the details and then click on the "Google" link to the right of the event details. When I do this, IE8 opens and I get an error page as follows:
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Access is denied. Error processing resource [URL as shown below]
The URL in the address bar is:
https://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/xxxx.co.uk/event?eid=[LONG ALPHANUMERIC STRING HERE]
Thanks again for the gadget,
Graham

Re: "The XML page cannot be displayed"
..... and I've just noticed that if I do indeed click refresh (in the browser), the page displays correctly. Looks like an IE8 or Google issue.
Thanks,
Graham

...and a resolution
Sorry for the second reply to this, but I've now pinned this down as an Internet Explorer 8 issue, specifically the default security settings. Under the "Miscellaneous" section of IE's security settings, enabling "Access data sources across domains" solves the problem.
Sorry for posting a bug report that wasn't actually your bug!
