Unable to log-in
When I submit my username and password I immediately get the following error message:
12019 Unknown
Error
I'm using the most recent version. I have to use a proxy server to connect to the internet so that might have something to do with it (it has caused problems with other gadgets in the past). I'm running on Vista.
Any thoughts?

Steve

Re: Unable to log-in
I found this:
(ERROR_INTERNET_INCORRECT_HANDLE_STATE): Synchronization failed due to a device software error. Contact your network administrator.
Explanation: This issue may be caused by transient network issues.
User Action: Try to synchronize later.
Does this issue still exist?

Re: Unable to log-in
I'm afraid so. Sometimes when I use an application that needs to connect to the internet a box pops up to enter in proxy details but I suspect that it just isn't happening in this case and the connection is refused. I wish I could get axe the proxy but its a university network and its all Ive got!
Thanks for getting back to me so fast btw.

Re: Unable to log-in
Could you please check whether the proxy settings of Internet Explorer are OK? Sidebar gadgets are based on Internet Explorer, therefore, the IE proxy settings are used automatically, as far as I know.
Re: Unable to log-in
My Internet Options all look good, and set to apply to all protocols etc. Doesn't seem like that's the problem unfortunately.

Re: Unable to log-in
Could you please try GoogleCalendarDbg.gadget from here: http://cid-9fcd0c96616e15b1.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Public?uc=1 and then send me the log file c:\Users\[youruser]\AppData\Local\Temp\Google_Calendar_Agenda_Debug\debug.log to ilab at windowslive.com after this error happens?
Re: Unable to log-in
Can you explain how to fix this in terms that those of us unfamiliar with computer speak can understand, please? I was able to log in until I updated the version, and now I continuously get the "12019 Unknown" error, which is pretty frustrating since I became pretty dependant on your gadget!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Unable to log-in
I would love to explain but I can't, because I don't know.
I suggest the following:
1. I uploaded the two previous versions here: http://cid-9fcd0c96616e15b1.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Public?uc=1, you can try them and post here your experiences, whether they work or not
2. I would be pleased if somebody helped me to find out what happens here, please see my previous post here: "by Admin on Sun 4 Oct 2009 - 21:34"

Re: Unable to log-in
Dang it - I downloaded and tried both of the earlier versions and am getting the same error message. As far as I know, none of the settings on my computer have changed, but I do know that some updates were added a few days ago. Not sure what exactly they were, though, since it's all pretty much like Japanese or something to me
I have been getting prompted to update my IE to the new version and have been hesitating on doing that. Does this gadget work with that version, too? If so, maybe updating to that one might possibly help...?

I think you accidentaly sent the log from directory Google_Calendar_Agenda instead of Google_Calendar_Agenda_Debug.
Re: Unable to log-in
BTW: I have just updated GoogleCalendarDbg.gadget here: http://cid-9fcd0c96616e15b1.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Public?uc=1
Could you please download and install and try whether the error still exists, and if so, send me the log file c:\Users\[youruser]\AppData\Local\Temp\Google_Calendar_Agenda_Debug\debug.log (watch the directory!) to ilab at windowslive.com after the error happens?
