I check the box to accept the EULA then click ok, but when I reopen the settings window the box is not checked. I sign in then click ok, but it still says I must sign in, so I reopen the settings windows and login again, but when I click ok it doesn't save the settings or keep me logged in!

This is probably caused by a corrupted built-in Windows Sidebar gadget settings store.

Please try this.
