Error - e-mail does not have read privileges
I have an account with my school e-mail @g.austincc.edu. The gadget logs in fine but I get the following error: *@g.austincc.edu does not have read privileges on the calendar owned by *.g.austincc.edu

Could you please provide a bit more information?
Exactly when do you get this error? I.e. on clicking "Reload calendar list" or...?
What type/kind of calendars do you have in Google Calendar? They are all created by you or...?
If the error is after the "Reload calendar list" click, could you try whether it works with only one or an other calendar checked?
What happens if you log in to Google Calendar in a browser, then go to this url: http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/default/allcalendars/full
There is a log file named "c:\Users\[your windows user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Google Calendar Agenda" Could you send me this log file in email to ilab[at]windowslive.com to check if something turns out from that?
If you would not like to answer here, you can also email to ilab[at]windowslive.com
UPDATE: It seems to be a Google API bug for first glance. I have just searched a bit on the net and found similar posts of problems. One of these suggests: "Go onto your google calendar via google. there you will probably see a new calendar with a random name, delete this and...". Could you try this?
Re: Error - e-mail does not have read privileges
Thanks for the info you sent me in private.
The cause of the problem is that you have a google hosted and also a normal calendar with the same email address. As the gadget (v1.1.3) does not support hosted accounts, it logged in to your normal accout. Somehow (only G knows) the calendars of the hosted account is visible but not readable for the normal account.
This should be fixed in v1.1.4 as the gadget will log in to the hosted account if both exist.

Re: Error - e-mail does not have read privileges
i am also having this problem. i seem to have 2 calendars for some reason and can only see one on my sidebar gadget but this one is blank. it made me put in a new email address to see the other calendar (which i've been using for a long time) but when i log in with that email on the sidebar gadget it says this email address doesn't have read priveleges. i really want my calendar to be on my sidebar and am getting very frustrated! i don't know why i all the sudden have 2 calendars. but when i log in to google on a browser and sign in, it takes me to the correct calendar and the blank one doesn't even show up

It seems you do have a hosted and a normal account also with the same email address, and you would like to use the normal account, but the gadget logs you in to the hosted one (as it does, if there is are both exist).
If you feel like to hack a bit to see if we can log you in to the normal acc, please write an email to ilab at windowslive.com and I send you some instructions.
